Announcement on the Start of Expropriation within (Alfaisaliyah) Districts in Diriyah area

Diriyah Gate Project comes as part of a different range of development projects and plans in the area aiming to empower the sustainable development and other national public interest. 

Based on the High order No. (21805) dated 06/04/1443 to complete the procedures of expropriation for the public benefit of real estates needed by the Diriyah Gate Development Authority for the purpose of developing the project and pursuant to the provisions of Article 5 of the Law of Expropriation of Real Estate for the Public Benefit and Temporary Seizure of Real Estate, and the provisions of Article 12 of the implementing regulations, The Diriyah Gate Development Authority announces the start of procedures for expropriating within (Alfaisaliyah) district North of Al-Diriyah according to the map below, in line with the applicable legal procedures. 

Therefore, individuals who own real estate within the area indicated on the map are kindly requested to submit the required ownership documents before 05/06/1443H, 08/01/2022 to visit the website or contact the Customer Service Center of the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (920002622) during business days from 10 a.m. through 10 p.m. to complete required procedures.
