I, the applicant for this competition, hereby acknowledge that all designs, ideas, concepts, or information submitted as part of this competition shall become the sole and exclusive property of the organizing DGDA.

I unconditionally and irrevocably waive all intellectual property rights related to my submission in favor of DGDA, including but not limited to rights of ownership, usage, modification, development, and publication.

I further confirm that my submission is original, has not been copied, and has not been submitted to or used in any other competition or by any other entity.
